3. Return and Refund Policy
   Eligible standard products may be returned within 30 calendar days from the confirmed delivery date, subject to the eligibility requirements described in our Refund Policy. Before shipping any return, customers must contact GILDLAMPS INC at info@gildlampsinc.com to request return authorization and applicable return instructions.
4. Return Shipping Responsibility
   For preference-based returns, the customer is responsible for the applicable return shipping cost. If a product is confirmed to be damaged, defective, incomplete, or incorrect and an approved return is required, GILDLAMPS INC will cover the reasonable approved return shipping cost.
5. Damaged or Incomplete Products
   If a large or fragile lighting fixture arrives with damage limited to an individual replaceable component, such as a glass panel, crystal piece, shade, or related part, GILDLAMPS INC may provide the applicable replacement component at no additional charge after the issue has been verified. A full-fixture return will generally not be required where the issue can reasonably be resolved through replacement of the affected component.
6. Shipping Policy
   Free standard shipping is available for qualifying orders delivered within the 48 contiguous United States, with no minimum purchase amount. For complete shipping terms, please review our Shipping Policy.
7. DDP – Duties and Customs Clearance
   All orders shipped to the 48 contiguous United States are delivered DDP (Delivered Duty Paid). Applicable import duties, customs clearance charges, and related import fees for qualifying orders are fully covered by GILDLAMPS INC. Customers receiving qualifying orders within the 48 contiguous United States will not be required to pay additional import duties or customs clearance fees upon delivery.
8. Shipping Time
   Orders generally require 2–4 business days for preparation and quality inspection. After shipment, estimated transit time is generally 6–12 business days. The estimated total delivery window is generally 8–16 business days from payment authorization. Delivery timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed.
9. Shipping Outside the Standard Free-Shipping Area
   Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, other U.S. territories, and locations outside the 48 contiguous United States are not included in our standard free-shipping area. Additional shipping charges or shipping restrictions may apply depending on the delivery address and available carrier service.
10. Product Information and Materials
    We make reasonable efforts to provide accurate product descriptions, dimensions, materials, finishes, specifications, photographs, and pricing. Product appearance may vary slightly because of screen settings, photography, lighting conditions, manufacturing variations, and natural variations in applicable materials.
11. Pricing and Currency
    All prices on our website and during checkout are displayed and processed in U.S. dollars (USD). Prices may change from time to time. The price applicable to an order will be the price displayed and confirmed during checkout, subject to correction of material errors where permitted by applicable law.
12. Promotions and Custom Orders
    Sitewide retail promotions are intended for qualifying retail orders unless otherwise stated. Custom lighting orders and project estimates cannot be combined with sitewide retail promotions, including promotional code GL22, unless otherwise expressly stated in writing by GILDLAMPS INC. Trade Program pricing, project pricing, negotiated quotations, and other special pricing arrangements may also be excluded from additional retail promotional discounts.
13. Customized Products
    Products manufactured or modified according to customer-requested non-standard specifications may be subject to special cancellation and return restrictions. Once production or customization has begun, custom orders cannot be canceled. Upon delivery, customized fixtures are not eligible for preference-based returns. These restrictions do not affect applicable rights or remedies where a customized product arrives damaged, defective, incomplete, incorrect, or materially different from the specifications approved by the customer.
14. Intellectual Property
    Website content, photographs, graphics, text, trademarks, logos, videos, product information, and other protected materials may be owned by GILDLAMPS INC, its licensors, suppliers, or their respective rights holders and are subject to applicable intellectual property laws.
15. Consumer Rights
    Nothing in this Legal Notice or our other store policies is intended to limit rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted.
